Making Strides: A Packed Month of Training and Networking

July has been an absolute whirlwind of a month, and we are only halfway through! It has been one of our busiest training periods yet, packed with certifications, heavy machinery, and incredible safety upgrades.

Here is a look at what we have been up to, the skills we have unlocked or refreshed, and the amazing people we have met along the way.

The July Training Lineup

We have been hitting the ground running across multiple disciplines to sharpen skills and ensure the highest safety standards on site:

Site Management & Safety: Completed the SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) to elevate leadership and compliance on site.

Utility Detection: Mastered the CAT & Genny tools for precision location of underground services.

Heavy Machinery: several skilled guys re-gaining tickets for both the Digger and Dumper.

Specialised Safety: Medium Risk Confined Spaces training and Water Shea safety protocols.

Site Operations: Refined our lifting and directing communication with the Slinger Signaller course.

...plus a few more certificates to boot!

The Best Part? The People.

It has been absolutely wonderful meeting such a diverse group of people. We have connected with professionals at every single skill level—from industry veterans sharing years of wisdom to eager newcomers bringing fresh energy to the field.

Receiving positive feedback from Candidates. Well done to all those I have trained so far this month! Its been a pleasure!

Looking Ahead

A massive thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far, including the training providers, organizers, and trainees. The month isn't over yet, and we are looking forward to keeping this momentum going for the rest of July!
