 Military foundation

​

• Fully qualified mechanic (Class1) in the HM Forces working and training on all types of Military plant and machinery.

​

Operational Expertise

​

• Worked on the motorways (SLG and construction)

• Road operative for the highways ( Tarmacking, Drainage, pothole repairs etc... Made up to Depot supervisor.

• Reinstatement manager along with other roles in a water company (along with coaching NWH and SAP)

• Streetlighting supervisor 

• Qualified as a trainer in 2017

• Training in NRSWA (Streetworks) confined spaces, NWH and various Npors courses.  Adapting to his training methods to suit his candidates from past experience and knowledge of the subject to allow learning to relate and understand.

• Training Manager looking after a team of trainers, becoming the IQA (Internal Quality Auditor)
