• Experienced courses: For those with existing experience, these courses focus on testing to gain certification, sometimes involving just a single day for the test.

• Course duration: Varies from 1-10 days depending on the operator's experience level.

• Certification: Successful completion will lead  NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) certification.

What you will learn

• Safety and regulations: Understand operator roles, responsibilities, and regulations.

• Pre-use checks: Learn to conduct thorough pre-start checks, including inspecting all parts of the machine and hydraulic systems.

• Machine operation: Practice operating the machine safely, including traveling on gradients and rough terrain.

• Site preparation and best practices: Configure the excavator for different tasks, read site plans, and excavate safely.

• Specific skills: Develop skills in trenching, grading, and loading materials efficiently.

• Shutdown and securing: Learn to carry out safe shutdown, parking, and securing procedures.
