AT & Genny" refers to a pair of tools used to locate underground utilities like pipes and cables before excavation to prevent accidents. The Cable Avoidance Tool (CAT) detects signals, while the Generator (Genny) actively applies a traceable signal to buried services that might not have one. They are essential for safety in construction and excavation work.

SPL Training will train in the use of the CAT & Genny, including Power, Radio, Genny induction, Direct Connection and how to Null out a service, Along with other functions.

N304 - Cable Avoidance Tools

NPORS have a 5 written and 20 multiple choice questions with a 80% pass requirement, Along with a practical assessment.

Upon successful completion of the course you would receive NPORS Card.
